Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) on Wednesday announced that its extraordinary general assembly has approved changing the company’s name to be Orascom Investment Holding.

The Egyptian giant owned by billionaire Naguib Sawiris also changed its address to be 2005 C Nile City Towers, 29th floor instead of the 26th, according to the company’s filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

It is worth noting that OTMT achieved a profit of EGP 464.9 million for the full-year 2017, compared to EGP 897.5 million in the year before.
